Andrew Garfield on Playing the Joker: I Wouldn’t Go Near It

Playing one of the world’s most popular superheroes is one thing, but the Clown Prince of Crime? Perhaps that’s a bit too much to ask for. At least, that’s going to be the case if a casting director comes knocking on Andrew Garfield‘s door to inquire about playing the Joker. Of course, Garfield is very well known for his role as Peter Parker in The Amazing Spider-Man, which is coupled with rumors of his return in No Way Home next month, but taking on the role of such a dastardly supervillain would be completely new for the actor.
