Pirates of the Caribbean: The Best Moments from the Franchise

It is fair to say that the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise has lost some steam over the years, but that doesn’t mean that it has any shortage of wondrous moments. The series began in 2003 with Johnny Depp (who won’t return) remarkably taking on Captain Jack Sparrow in The Curse of the Black Pearl. He was widely acclaimed in the role and was even nominated for an Oscar for his brilliant portrayal.
